Backing fabric is lacking in my stash. Large hunks (technical measurement) of background fabric is lacking in my stash.
This is a pile of two of those scarce pieces waiting to be folded - with someone planning on helping me with that task.
Zena was not entirely thrilled that I was planning on putting these away in a drawer. I was not thrilled as this was freshly washed (and still warm) fabric.
Hopefully, I can find something suitable to back the Chirp, Chirp quilt in the stash as that needs to be a quilt and soon! Going to have to take a full inventory of backing on hand to maximize my next shopping adventure or watch for sales.
